Terms of Service

1. Accounts
Provide lawful information and protect your account, password, third-party sign-in grants, recovery key and authorised devices. One provider identity may bind to only one Hemiaoji account, and identities from different providers are not merged without confirmation.
2. Minors
Parents manage child accounts and permissions. Teachers may process content only within explicit class or task authorisation.
3. Content and IP
You retain rights to your content and permit processing only to provide features, sync and support. Rights in Hemiaoji software, marks and interface remain with the developer.
4. Service and security
Hemiaoji uses local-first storage and encrypted sync. Keep your recovery key safe; encrypted content may be unrecoverable if both the key and all authorised devices are lost.
5. AI suggestions
AI-generated content is for learning reference and is not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice.
6. Termination and changes
You may close your account in the app. Material changes will be clearly announced in the app or on the website, with consent obtained where required.
